Altera SOPC World 2006 - Chengdu, Nanjing and Beijing 

Recently, Altera Corporation, Cytech and other partners jointly organized the 2006 SOPC the World programmable single chip system (SOPC) solution conference in Chengdu, Nanjing, and Beijing respectively. There are more than 500 attending engineers. In the conference, they all learn how to do the design efficiently thus expand their selections, finally enhances the income and so on... During the conference, they have discussed several areas below:

• Controls the technical risk in the mass application
• Integrates software and the hardware in the sole programmable platform, and so enhances the flexibility
• Using the FPGA downloading task/role, the integrated function, saves the fund, and reduces the product obsolete risk
• Uses the hardware acceleration to enhance the system performance
